About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative II at Wabtec, you're the bridge between our customers and our organization. You'll handle high-value customer interactions with professionalism, resolve requests promptly, and maintain relationships that drive long-term satisfaction. This is a hands-on position where your communication skills and dedication to service make a measurable difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage customer orders, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and service requests with accuracy and speed
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and coordinating solutions
• Respond to customer requests in a timely, professional manner, offering technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Document all interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions to maintain accurate records and support quality improvement
• Escalate complex issues to specialized departments while keeping customers informed throughout resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service, support operations, or customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with order management systems, CRM platforms, or similar business software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
