Join Lucid Software as a New Logo Account Executive for the North American mid-market segment. We're hiring a full-time sales professional in Raleigh, North Carolina to build and accelerate our pipeline with customers discovering visual collaboration for the first time.
About the Role
As a Mid-Market New Logo Account Executive, you'll own the entire sales cycle for prospective customers in your territory. Your focus is on customers new to Lucid, where you'll uncover business challenges, demonstrate how visual collaboration transforms the way teams work, and close deals that expand what's possible for growing organizations.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify mid-market leads through research, outreach, and territory planning
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points
- Present Lucid's visual collaboration platform and related solutions as the right fit for each prospect
- Build multi-threaded relationships with decision makers and influencers
- Guide deals from initial interest through negotiation and close
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to accelerate deals and ensure smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Successful new business sales experience in a mid-market or enterprise environment
- Proven ability to prospectively identify, engage, and close accounts in your territory
- Consultative selling mindset; comfort explaining technical or complex solutions to business buyers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales methodologies
- Ownership mindset and ability to self-manage in a growing sales organization
- Located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area or willing to relocate
