You'll own the full client lifecycle—from initial market research and prospect outreach through transaction close. What You'll Do

• Prospect and cultivate commercial real estate buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants within Spokane and surrounding markets
• Research market conditions, comparable sales, zoning regulations, and economic drivers to advise clients confidently
• Prepare marketing materials, property analyses, and investment proposals that highlight deal value
• Lead client negotiations, coordinate inspections and due diligence, and guide transactions to closing
• Build and maintain a database of contacts, leads, and past clients to generate repeat and referral business
• Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and commercial real estate best practices
• Collaborate with team members, lenders, title companies, and other brokers to deliver seamless service
