About the Role
As an Online Order Filling Team Associate at Walmart, you'll play a vital role in our supply chain operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction. Working on-site in Prosper, you'll be at the heart of Walmart's fulfillment network, processing orders and preparing them for shipment to customers across the region.
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack items from warehouse inventory to fulfill online customer orders
- Scan products and verify order accuracy before shipment
- Organize and stage orders for efficient dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Report discrepancies and quality issues to management

Compensation & Details
This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $14.50 to $27.50 per hour, with rates based on experience, location requirements, and performance. Annual and quarterly performance incentives are available, plus potential premium pay in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule and facility needs.
