About the Role

As an Exterior Services Technician, you'll be responsible for the landscaping, grounds maintenance, and exterior upkeep of our Walmart location. Working both independently and collaboratively with our maintenance team, you'll ensure our outdoor spaces remain well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing throughout the year.

What You'll Do

• Perform landscaping maintenance including lawn care, trimming, mulching, and seasonal plantings
• Maintain parking lots, walkways, entryways, and exterior facility grounds
• Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools with proper safety practices
• Address routine maintenance requests and special projects as assigned
• Keep exterior areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Coordinate with the maintenance team on larger facility projects
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or exterior services
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lifting, and outdoor work
• Ability to work reliably in all weather conditions
• Comfortable operating common landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude toward safety
