As a Sales Associate at our St. Johns County Goodwill store, you'll be the face of our mission—helping customers find quality merchandise while supporting job training and employment services for individuals in our community. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and assist shoppers in locating items throughout the store
- Process customer transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Handle cash, card payments, and returns according to store procedures
- Answer customer questions about products and store operations
- Support store opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility for part-time scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
