What You'll Do

• Lead store opening and closing procedures, including initializing all operational and point-of-sale systems
• Manage cash handling for customer transactions, refunds, order cancellations, and product returns with accuracy and accountability
• Deposit cash to the store safe and verify transaction records at the end of each shift
• Receive incoming inventory deliveries by accessing and securing the store's back entrance
• Inspect and maintain the sales floor and stockroom areas to ensure readiness for daily operations
• Properly secure all store technology and systems when closing
• Support customers and resolve operational issues that arise during your shift
