Your role bridges the gap between frontline customer service and store management, making you essential to our team's success.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized guidance, turning their home furnishing needs into complete solutions
• Demonstrate furniture features, explain options, and help customers make confident purchasing decisions
• Open and close the store, managing keys, alarm systems, and inventory accountability as a Key Holder
• Mentor and support junior sales associates, modeling excellence in customer service and sales technique
• Process transactions using our point-of-sale systems and manage customer financing options
• Maintain showroom appearance, organize displays, and ensure product information is current and accurate
• Address customer concerns and escalations with professionalism and problem-solving mindset
• Contribute to team goals and help drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail sales experience, ideally in furniture, home goods, or a comparable environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and build rapport
• Product knowledge or demonstrated ability to learn furniture styles, materials, and specifications quickly
• Leadership qualities and comfort mentoring or supporting teammates
• Reliability and trustworthiness appropriate for Key Holder responsibilities
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems, tablets, and digital sales tools
• Availability for full-time hours including evenings and weekend shifts as needed
