About the Role
BJC HealthCare is actively recruiting new graduate nurses who are prepared to enter clinical practice. This position is designed specifically for nurses beginning their careers, providing structured support and mentorship as you develop into a confident, competent clinician. You'll work within our team-oriented environment while building the critical thinking and clinical judgment essential to quality nursing practice.
What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient health status, document observations, and communicate vital information to physicians and care team members
- Perform clinical assessments, medication administration, and therapeutic procedures under supervision and guidance

What We're Looking For
- Valid RN licensure in Missouri or ability to obtain licensure
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in clinical practice
