Join Christian Counseling Associates as a Full-Time Outpatient Counselor in our Grove City, Mercer County office. We're seeking a licensed or license-eligible counselor to deliver compassionate mental health and relational counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

About the Role

As an Outpatient Counselor with Christian Counseling Associates in Grove City, you'll work within our established group practice, providing evidence-based counseling to clients seeking therapeutic support. This full-time position offers the opportunity to integrate faith perspectives into your clinical practice while serving clients from diverse belief backgrounds. You'll be part of a collaborative clinical team dedicated to faith-informed mental health care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, marital, and family counseling sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment notes
• Collaborate with other clinicians within the practice on complex cases
• Support clients in working toward meaningful therapeutic goals
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or related mental health field
• Pennsylvania license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) or active progress toward licensure
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills with demonstrated experience in counseling
