About the Role

As an Unarmed Security Officer with Andy Frain Services, you'll deliver security services at assigned facilities and surrounding properties throughout Sea Ranch Lakes and the broader Broward County region, including Northwood Village and Pleasant City. Your role centers on maintaining vigilant observation, responding to incidents, and enforcing access protocols while working within established post orders.

What You'll Do

• Perform regular patrols and inspections of assigned premises and common areas
• Monitor entry points and surveillance systems throughout your shift
• Respond to security concerns and investigate unusual activities
• Document incidents and maintain accurate security records
• Enforce facility access policies and alert property management to violations
• Communicate clearly with management, law enforcement, and colleagues
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor in all situations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state ID and clear background history
• Availability for flexible shifts and rotating schedules
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Physical capability to patrol facilities and respond to incidents
