About the Role

Join a respected family law practice as a Paralegal and contribute to complex litigation cases that demand precision, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. You'll serve as a key team member, managing critical case workflows, coordinating discovery, and supporting attorneys as they navigate sophisticated financial disputes and family law matters.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organize discovery materials, pleadings, and trial exhibits for family law litigation
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation to support case strategy and attorney preparation
• Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, courts, and expert witnesses
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case schedules to ensure seamless case progression
• Assist with financial analysis and property valuation documentation common to complex family matters
• Draft correspondence, motions, and legal documents under attorney supervision
• Support trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal certification or equivalent professional experience in family law or litigation
• Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms and litigation management software
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort with financial concepts and property and asset analysis
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy in all work product
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused legal environment
