• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and daily financial accountability
• Drive efficient operations to meet customer wait times and service standards
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and ensure positive resolution
• Train and develop team members on procedures, systems, and restaurant standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Proven management or shift supervisor experience in quick-service restaurants, fast-food, burger chains, or hospitality settings
