About the Role

As a Team Member at Arby's, you'll be central to creating a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors. You'll work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting where your contributions directly shape how customers experience our brand. This is a full-time position offering consistent work with one of the nation's largest and most respected franchise operators.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and deliver fast, accurate service at the counter and drive-thru window
• Prepare sandwiches, sides, and beverages according to Arby's quality standards and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Follow food safety and health code protocols to protect the wellbeing of guests and team members
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily targets during both peak and slower periods
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled

What We're Looking For

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor with genuine interest in serving customers well
• Dependable attendance and willingness to take pride in your work
• Basic math skills and comfort operating a point-of-sale register
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout your shift
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
