United 1 Laboratories is hiring a Mixing Operator for the second shift at our Guadalupe, Maricopa County facility. This is a full-time position in our health and wellness manufacturing operation.
About the Role
As a Mixing Operator on our second shift team, you'll operate and oversee industrial mixing equipment that produces formulations used in consumer health and wellness products. You'll work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment where your precision, attention to process, and reliability directly contribute to the quality of products reaching customers every day. This is hands-on work with real responsibility—you'll see the tangible results of your efforts in every batch you help produce.
What You'll Do
- Operate industrial mixing equipment according to established procedures and formulation specifications
- Measure and combine raw materials with precision to achieve exact batch requirements
- Monitor mixing processes and monitor product consistency throughout each cycle
- Maintain detailed batch records, including ingredient quantities, process notes, and quality observations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and thorough cleaning protocols
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift operations and production targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating industrial mixing or manufacturing equipment
