Join Apache Behavioral Health Services as a Grants/Evaluation Coordinator in Whiteriver, Navajo County. This full-time position supports our mission by managing grants and program data while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and tribal requirements. Based in Whiteriver, you'll play a critical role in our Prevention Services department, reporting directly to our Grants/Data Program Manager.

About the Role

As a Grants/Evaluation Coordinator, you'll be at the intersection of funding, compliance, and program impact. Apache Behavioral Health Services relies on grant funding to deliver prevention and behavioral health services throughout our community. Your work ensures every grant dollar is tracked, every requirement is met, and every program's effectiveness is documented.

What You'll Do

  • Manage grant documentation, timelines, and deliverables to meet federal, state, and tribal compliance standards
  • Collect, organize, and analyze program data to support grant reporting and program evaluation
  • Prepare grant reports and submissions for funding agencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with program staff to gather performance metrics and program outcomes
  • Maintain grant tracking systems and databases for ongoing monitoring and reporting
  • Support compliance audits and respond to funder inquiries

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in grant management, program evaluation, or related compliance work
  • Strong data management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with data collection, spreadsheets, and reporting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work with federal, state, and tribal regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple deadlines
