About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with product information, location, and availability, answering questions with accuracy and friendliness
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and securely, handling cash, card, and digital payments
• Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise displays across all departments, ensuring products are well-presented and easy to locate
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to restock needs or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, following company standards and health regulations
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and equipment setup
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures
