About the Role
Join our team as a full-time Over-the-Road CDL-A driver and transport freight across the United States in our modern, well-maintained fleet. You'll deliver the reliable service that shippers depend on while earning competitive pay and accessing the equipment reliability that professional drivers expect.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class 8 commercial trucks on long-haul freight routes nationwide
- Haul freight cargo across US highways with a focus on safety and on-time delivery
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment readiness
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation per DOT requirements
- Comply with all federal motor carrier safety regulations and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay: $1,800–$2,300 per week based on experience and performance
- Paid miles: 2,800–3,500 miles per week (paid for actual miles driven)
- $3,000 sign-on bonus to get you started
- $4,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver you refer to Brady Trucking Inc
- Detention pay for delays beyond your control
- Quarterly safety bonuses for maintaining excellent safety records
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Clean driving history and passing background check
- 1+ years of recent Over-the-Road driving experience
- Professional judgment and strong communication skills
- Commitment to DOT compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols
- Ability to work extended time away from home
