Owner-Operator Driver

Proficient Auto Transport is hiring full-time CDL-A Owner Operators to expand our auto hauling network across Camden, Ohio. If you're an independent contractor looking to earn $250,000–$350,000 annually while maintaining complete control of your schedule and routes, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a CDL-A Owner Operator, you'll haul vehicles regionally and over-the-road while representing a growing auto transport carrier committed to damage-free deliveries and operational excellence. You'll receive 80% of contracted revenue for each delivery, plus fuel-related compensation to support your bottom line. This is an independent contractor position that offers the flexibility and earning potential serious owner operators deserve.

What You'll Do

• Transport vehicles safely across local, regional, and long-haul routes throughout the network
• Execute damage-free deliveries with a strong focus on vehicle condition and customer satisfaction
• Manage your own schedule and route selections within the available lanes
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery assignments and revenue opportunities
• Maintain professional documentation, logs, and compliance records as an independent operator

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record and verifiable experience in auto transport or heavy haul
• Proven track record of safe, damage-free vehicle deliveries
• Dependable, professional approach to customer service and on-time performance
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to identify pre-delivery vehicle condition
• Self-motivated operator comfortable managing your own business independently
