About the Role

As our Customer Service and Front Desk specialist, you'll be the professional face of Ferguson Animal Hospital in Bristol, managing the daily flow of clients, scheduling, and communications that keep our small animal practice running smoothly. You'll work alongside our experienced veterinarians and skilled technicians, playing a vital role in creating a warm, organized environment where every pet owner feels valued from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and pets with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care
• Schedule and confirm veterinary appointments efficiently
• Answer phone inquiries about services, fees, and pet health questions
• Process payments and manage billing transactions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support seamless care delivery
• Communicate preventive care and service information to pet owners
• Keep the front desk environment clean, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with genuine compassion for animals and their owners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment
