What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide comprehensive physical, emotional, and educational care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols
• Monitor vital signs and clinical status using electronic health record systems
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and support post-operative recovery
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record
• Respond to patient needs with clinical expertise, professionalism, and compassion

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Clinical nursing experience in medical-surgical or internal medicine settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based nursing practice
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
