This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency care environment where your nursing skills directly impact patient outcomes. You'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of emergency medicine, from acute trauma and critical illness to urgent medical conditions.

What You'll Do

• Assess patients upon arrival and continuously monitor vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment throughout their emergency department stay
• Administer medications, fluids, and other prescribed treatments under physician oversight; maintain accurate medication records
• Perform nursing interventions such as wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and specimen collection
• Document patient care thoroughly in medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness for continuity of care
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, technicians, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment and disposition
• Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment plan, and post-discharge care instructions
• Respond to emergencies and unstable patient conditions with quick clinical judgment and skilled intervention
• Maintain a safe, organized emergency department environment and adhere to infection control and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Demonstrated clinical competence in emergency or acute care nursing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform patient-care tasks
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and compassionate care
