Align HCM in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County is hiring a SmartCare Advisor to guide clients through the critical post-implementation phase of their UKG Pro Workforce Management system. In this full-time role, you'll combine technical expertise with strategic consulting to help organizations optimize their WFM platform and achieve their workforce management goals.
About the Role
As a SmartCare Advisor focused on UKG Pro (WFM), you'll become the go-to expert for clients navigating their post-go-live journey. You'll balance deep technical knowledge with consultative problem-solving, helping clients refine their systems, overcome challenges, and unlock the strategic value of their workforce management investment.
What You'll Do
- Guide clients through post-implementation optimization and system refinement
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for UKG Pro Workforce Management configurations
- Advise on process improvements and strategic enhancements to drive operational efficiency
- Design and deliver training programs to maximize user adoption and system proficiency
- Monitor system health and performance, recommending upgrades and optimizations
- Build enduring partnerships with clients by serving as their trusted WFM advisor
What We're Looking For
- Direct experience supporting UKG Pro or comparable workforce management platforms
- Technical proficiency with WFM system architecture, configuration, and features
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work full-time from our Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County location
