What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor campers during daily activities, games, sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures
• Facilitate group discussions and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued
• Monitor camper safety and enforce camp rules and procedures consistently
• Communicate with campers' families about their summer experience and any concerns
• Assist with camp logistics, setup, and cleanup as needed
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp leadership to maintain a positive, Christ-centered community
• Help campers develop social skills, resilience, and a love of learning through structured and unstructured time
