Security Supervisor

Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Security Supervisor for the Little Rock Marriott in Little Rock, Pulaski County. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to lead security operations at a premier downtown hotel while building a rewarding career in hospitality management.

About the Role

As Security Supervisor at our Little Rock hotel, you'll oversee daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and protection of our guests, staff, and property. You'll work closely with hotel management to implement security protocols, respond to incidents, and maintain a secure environment across all hotel areas.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate security staff across all shifts
• Monitor access points, surveillance systems, and security equipment
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel property, guest rooms, and common areas
• Respond promptly to security incidents and guest concerns
• Investigate disturbances and maintain incident documentation
• Enforce security policies and procedures consistently
• Train security team members on protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when needed
• Manage security equipment maintenance and inventory

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of security operations and loss prevention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Physical capability to patrol the property regularly
• Reliable and professional work attendance
• Valid driver's license and a clear background record
• Familiarity with security systems and surveillance technology is a plus
