Temporary Weld Specialist/Welder

Terex Corporation is hiring a Temporary Weld Specialist/Welder for our facility in Moses Lake, Grant County. This is a full-time, onsite day shift position where you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing operations.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced welder to join our Moses Lake team on a temporary basis. In this hands-on position, you'll be essential to maintaining the quality and precision our customers depend on.

What You'll Do

• Execute welding operations using industry-standard techniques and equipment
• Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
• Prepare materials, work areas, and equipment before beginning welding tasks
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

What We're Looking For

• Welding certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core welding methods
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Physical capability to perform welding work in an onsite manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work day shift
