Stocking Team Supervisor

Walmart is seeking an experienced Stocking Team Supervisor to lead merchandise operations at our Saint Andrews location in Charleston County. In this full-time role, you'll oversee inventory flow, manage a stocking team, and ensure shelves are well-organized and fully stocked to meet customer expectations.

About the Role

As a Stocking Team Supervisor at our Saint Andrews, Charleston County Walmart store, you'll combine hands-on stocking expertise with leadership responsibility. Your focus will be on maximizing operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and developing team members who take pride in keeping our sales floor polished and accessible.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily stocking team activities and performance
• Direct the receiving, unpacking, pricing, and merchandising of inventory
• Verify inventory accuracy through regular audits and system reconciliation
• Enforce company safety protocols and stocking procedures
• Optimize productivity schedules and team workflows
• Coach team members on stocking standards and company policies
• Communicate operational needs and updates with store management
• Monitor product placement quality and shelf presentation standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail or stocking background with supervisory or lead experience
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
• Comfort regularly lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise (25+ pounds frequently)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Consistent attendance and dependable work ethic
• Flexibility with scheduling, including early starts, late shifts, and weekends as required
• Energy and adaptability in a high-volume retail setting

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage between $21 and $34 per hour, based on your qualifications and background. The rate will not fall below the applicable minimum wage for Saint Andrews, Charleston County. Additional compensation includes performance-based incentives and potential shift premiums.
