About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our Evansville team. You'll specialize in creating and finishing architectural metal products—including commercial doorways, frames, and related components—for installation on commercial jobsites across the region. Your craftsmanship directly impacts the structural and aesthetic quality of every project.

What You'll Do

• Interpret technical blueprints and fabrication drawings to plan and execute metal cutting, bending, and shaping work
• Operate welding equipment to join metal pieces with precision and structural integrity
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to exact specifications
• Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to meet industry standards
• Prepare metal surfaces and finishes for installation on commercial buildings
