What You'll Do

• Conduct routine patrols and security assessments of assigned residential, commercial, or industrial properties
• Monitor entry and exit points; maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Respond promptly to alarms, security concerns, and client requests with sound judgment
• Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement partners, and team members
• Detect and report suspicious activity or security breaches immediately
• Maintain a visible, professional presence that deters unauthorized access

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Oregon Guard License (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
