What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register and throughout the store
• Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and digital payments
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to keep the store organized and visually appealing
• Assist customers in locating items and answer questions about products and pricing
• Keep the store clean and safe, following Dollar General's standards and procedures
• Support the store team in opening and closing procedures
• Handle merchandise receiving and inventory tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Reliable transportation to our New Milford store location
• Willingness to learn and grow within a retail environment
• Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
