Tractor Supply Company is hiring a full-time Merchandising Sales Associate in Alpena, Michigan. Join our Field Activity Support Team and drive store excellence across our district by executing merchandising plans, maintaining product presentations, and supporting the retail operations that keep our stores running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Merchandising Sales Associate with the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), you'll travel across a district of Tractor Supply stores to execute critical merchandising and visual tasks. This hands-on position blends strategy with execution, ensuring our stores showcase products in ways that drive sales and meet customer expectations. You'll own projects from start to finish, collaborating with store teams to maintain our brand standard across every location.

What You'll Do

• Execute planograms and merchandise reset projects to optimize product placement and shelf presentation
• Install and assemble fixtures, signage, and promotional displays throughout assigned stores
• Inspect and maintain all signage to ensure compliance with company standards and brand guidelines
• Travel between store locations within your assigned district on a regular basis
• Communicate with store managers and staff to coordinate tasks and gather feedback
• Support additional merchandising initiatives as assigned by district leadership

What We're Looking For

• Full-time availability with flexibility to travel within your assigned district
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising instructions and planograms
• Comfort with hands-on work, including assembly, lifting, and physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized approach to projects
