Talent Development Specialist – Distribution | St. Louis, MO

Bunzl is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our Distribution operations in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this full-time position, you'll develop and coordinate learning programs that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and performance across our organization. Working closely with Human Resources and business leaders, you'll create meaningful training and development experiences that drive business results and support employee career growth.

What You'll Do

• Design and coordinate training programs tailored to the needs of our Distribution division and related business areas
• Facilitate workshops, team-building events, and communication initiatives that enhance collaboration and employee morale
• Partner with HR and department leaders to identify learning needs and development priorities
• Deliver hands-on training or support facilitators in creating and delivering effective learning experiences
• Track the effectiveness of training programs and use feedback to refine content and approaches
• Support onboarding and orientation initiatives for new employees joining the organization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in talent development, training coordination, instructional design, or similar learning and development roles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build partnerships across departments and leadership levels
• Project management capabilities and strong organizational skills
• Genuine commitment to fostering employee growth and building a culture of continuous learning
• Familiarity with learning management systems, training software, or related technology tools is a plus
