About the Role

As Assistant Manager at our Aberdeen location, you'll serve as a key operational leader, overseeing daily activities while supporting the Spa Manager. Your focus will be on building a talented, engaged team, driving sales performance, and ensuring every client receives outstanding service that reflects our wellness-first philosophy. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to consistently meet service excellence and sales objectives
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals through strong team performance and customer retention strategies
• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility upkeep
• Recruit, interview, and train massage therapists and wellness professionals to maintain high service quality standards
• Build and nurture strong client relationships while addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning and development for the Aberdeen location
