Aperia Technologies is hiring a full-time, remote Solutions Engineer to help commercial vehicle fleets unlock operational efficiency and sustainability. Based in Columbus, Muscogee County, we're the creators of the award-winning Halo Automatic Tire Inflator and Halo Connect tire analytics platform—solutions that save fleets thousands of hours of downtime annually while reducing environmental impact.
About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our customers and our innovative fleet technology. You'll guide commercial fleet operators through implementation, optimization, and ongoing success with Aperia's hardware and data analytics platforms. Working fully remote, you'll directly impact how our customers maximize efficiency and sustainability across their operations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with commercial fleet customers to understand their operational challenges and deploy tailored solutions using Halo products
- Provide technical guidance on hardware installation, configuration, and integration with existing fleet management systems
- Support customers in leveraging tire analytics data to reduce downtime, extend asset lifespan, and improve fleet performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer success with Aperia's cloud-based analytics platform
- Communicate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and inform product development
What We're Looking For
- Technical background with the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical customers
- Experience supporting or implementing hardware-software solutions for commercial or industrial customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with fleet operations, IoT, data analytics, or related fields is a plus
