About the Role

As a Sales Lead at 1915 South / Ashley, you'll play a key role in our retail operations across the Southeast. We're a growing furniture retailer managing 30+ Ashley furniture locations and a multi-state distribution network spanning Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Virginia. We're looking for a leader who can manage daily sales operations, mentor team members, and consistently deliver outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily sales operations and team performance at your assigned location
• Coach and develop team members to reach individual and store sales targets
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective sales techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and sales metrics to inform decision-making
• Maintain store standards and ensure a professional retail environment
• Collaborate with store management on strategies to grow revenue and market share
