About the Role

As a Hotel Sourcing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our hotel partnership growth. This full-time position is central to expanding Corpay's lodging portfolio through strategic recruitment, contract negotiation, and relationship management. You'll work within our Lodging division to consistently achieve hotel acquisition targets while securing competitive rates that benefit our members.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate prospective hotels and hospitality properties that meet Corpay Lodging program standards
• Lead contract negotiations with hotel owners and operators to establish favorable partnership terms
• Hit monthly goals for new hotel signings and track progress against established metrics
• Secure rate agreements and negotiate cost savings percentages to deliver member value
• Conduct property assessments and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel sales teams, ownership, and management
• Report regularly on sourcing pipeline activity, closed deals, and performance outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in hotel sourcing, hospitality sales, or partnerships roles
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and acquisition targets
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure win-win agreements
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience managing CRM systems and business databases
• Self-motivated professional capable of managing competing priorities independently
• Familiarity with the hotel and travel industry (a plus)
