Pricing Manager

We're seeking a strategic Pricing Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize our pricing strategy as we expand our platform.

About the Role

As Pricing Manager at BirdEye, you'll lead pricing strategy development and execution for our SaaS platform. This full-time position is based in our Palo Alto headquarters, where you'll work directly with Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to develop, test, and implement pricing models that drive revenue growth while maximizing customer value and market competitiveness.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine pricing strategies and packaging tiers based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
• Analyze pricing data, customer economics, and revenue metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand pricing impact on acquisition, retention, and expansion revenue
• Lead pricing experiments and tests to validate assumptions and measure revenue impact
• Build financial models and forecasts to support pricing decisions and business planning
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing strategy adjustments
• Communicate pricing strategy across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on pricing changes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related B2B SaaS roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
• Proven track record developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive measurable business results
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifetime value, and unit economics
• Ability to balance quantitative analysis with business judgment and stakeholder perspectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
