We're looking for a strategic HR professional ready to take ownership of our human resources function. As a part-time Human Resources Generalist/Partner (20 hours per week), you'll work directly with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that support our growing team. What You'll Do
- Lead core human resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

- Collaborate with department heads to support organizational goals and culture initiatives
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records management

- Support organizational growth across our US and Canadian operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
