Chiropractor – Part Time to Full Time

About the Role

We're building a team of skilled chiropractic professionals committed to evidence-based patient care and clinical excellence. This part-time Chiropractor role is designed for licensed DCs who value flexibility without sacrificing meaningful clinical work. You'll work within our Everett clinic using established treatment protocols and modern diagnostic tools to serve our growing patient base. As the company opens additional locations, qualified practitioners have the opportunity to transition to full-time positions or take on expanded responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, health histories, and functional assessments
• Perform spinal evaluations and diagnostic imaging interpretation in compliance with clinical standards
• Develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans addressing patient needs and health goals
• Deliver skilled spinal adjustments, manipulations, and complementary therapies
• Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, wellness, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation and patient records
• Build long-term patient relationships and support treatment plan adherence
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operational workflows

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC) from an accredited institution
• Current chiropractic license and board certification in Washington state
• Strong clinical knowledge of chiropractic assessment and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Professional attitude and commitment to patient outcomes
• Ability to work effectively within established clinical protocols
