Teri Inc is seeking a compassionate Family Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Oceanside, San Diego County. In this part-time role, you'll provide direct support services to children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families we serve.
About the Role
As a Family Support Professional, you will deliver person-centered support services in community-based and home settings. You'll work directly with individuals to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being while building trusting relationships that empower clients and their families. This position offers the opportunity to apply your skills in a flexible, part-time arrangement.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in community and home-based settings
- Assist with daily living activities and community integration opportunities
- Ensure safe, respectful, and positive environments for all individuals you support
- Support families by collaborating on goals and responding to individual needs
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
- Document support activities and report on individual progress

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work reliably in a part-time capacity
