Evening Group Health QA Supervisor

Dane Street, LLC is hiring an Evening Group Health QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance oversight at our US location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to ensure clinical documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.

About the Role

As Evening Group Health QA Supervisor, you'll oversee quality assurance operations during evening shifts, managing the review of physician reports and supporting medical records. Your primary focus will be ensuring all documentation is thorough, precise, and aligned with clinical evidence standards.

What You'll Do

• Direct quality assurance staff in their review of physician-generated reports and associated medical records
• Maintain documentation standards by verifying completeness, accuracy, and clinical consistency across all files reviewed
• Assign QA team members to specific files based on expertise and workload distribution
• Supervise assigned QA staff and manage file processing responsibilities across the team
• Monitor team performance and support quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate evening shift operations and ensure compliance with established protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in quality assurance or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of medical documentation standards and clinical evidence review
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation gaps and inconsistencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate team workflows
• Experience with QA processes and physician report evaluation preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing team members
• Willingness to work evening shift hours
