About the Role

As an Events and Ministry Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our community's social and spiritual life. Working onsite at our DeLand apartment community, you'll develop and execute a dynamic calendar of events and programs that strengthen resident relationships, support community well-being, and reflect Apartment Life's core values and mission.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging community events that foster connection and belonging
• Communicate event schedules, programs, and opportunities to residents and onsite staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the community
• Create inclusive ministry and spiritual programming aligned with Apartment Life's vision
• Collaborate with staff and residents to identify community needs and interests
• Promote event attendance and maximize resident participation
