Position Summary

As a Service Associate at EōS Fitness, you'll be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our Arcadia location. This part-time role combines member engagement, facility management, and team support in a fast-paced, motivating environment where every team member contributes to our mission of creating lifelong fitness advocates.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism, answering fitness and facility questions
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, including equipment areas, locker rooms, and public spaces
• Guide new members through orientation and provide ongoing support
• Assist with front desk operations and member check-in processes
• Monitor equipment condition and alert management to maintenance needs
• Foster an uplifting, energetic atmosphere aligned with our brand values
