ProLink Allied is currently hiring a Travel Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at our Commerce Charter Twp, Michigan facility. This full-time travel position offers competitive compensation of $3,623 per week for a 4-week assignment, starting as soon as possible.
Role Overview
As a Travel Cath Lab Technologist with ProLink Allied, you'll deliver essential support in our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory. Working day shifts on a 12-hour schedule for 36 hours per week, you'll contribute directly to patient care and procedural success in an environment where precision and teamwork matter.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and maintain catheterization lab equipment and instrumentation prior to procedures
- Assist interventional cardiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic data throughout procedures
- Maintain strict sterile field protocols to ensure patient safety and infection control
- Document patient information, medications, and procedural outcomes accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with the clinical team
Skills & Qualifications
- Active certification as a cardiac catheterization technologist
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
- Proven experience working in catheterization laboratory environments
- Working knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in clinical settings
- Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills
