Escrow Processor – US Based Remote

Anywhere Real Estate, based in Portland, Multnomah County, is hiring an Escrow Processor for a fully remote position. In this centralized role, you'll manage the complete document lifecycle for escrow transactions across our branch network, keeping complex real estate transactions moving smoothly from initiation through closing.

Role Overview

As an Escrow Processor, you'll be the operational backbone of our escrow department, handling high-volume clerical tasks that free our branches to focus on client relationships. Working entirely remotely, you'll process, organize, and coordinate all documentation required to launch and successfully complete escrow transactions. You'll be the communication hub between our central office and branch teams, ensuring they have the information and support needed to meet closing deadlines and maintain compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and organize escrow initiation documents and closing paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a real-time task workflow dashboard, tracking all outstanding items with zero overdue tasks
• Serve as the primary communication point between central processing and branch teams, distributing instructions and gathering required documentation
• Verify document completeness and compliance before transactions proceed to closing
• Manage electronic and physical files using established systems and protocols
• Support multiple concurrent transactions while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meeting all deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in clerical processing, document management, or escrow operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with workflow management tools and databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with excellent time management
• Familiarity with real estate escrow processes preferred
