The Opportunity

As Vision Center Manager, you'll own the complete health and performance of our Vision Center, from daily sales execution to long-term strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance merchant oversight, team leadership, and financial accountability—ensuring our customers receive outstanding optical service while driving profitability and inventory health in your department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Vision Center sales initiatives and track progress against department targets
• Maintain optimal in-stock levels, pricing competitiveness, and clear merchandise presentation throughout the department
• Develop department budgets, forecast sales trends, and monitor performance against financial goals
• Analyze local market conditions and community needs to inform merchandising and promotional strategies
• Coach and guide Associates on customer service standards, compliance, and sales best practices
• Manage store signage, promotional displays, and inventory accuracy to maximize customer engagement
• Monitor and respond to competitive and economic trends affecting Vision Center performance

Who We're Looking For

• NL2 certification or equivalent Vision Center management credential
• Proven experience managing retail sales departments and leading teams
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and pricing decisions
• Customer-first mindset and ability to model and reinforce excellent service
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities simultaneously
