Studio Lead – River Oaks

JETSET Pilates is hiring a Part-Time Studio Lead for our River Oaks, Houston location. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our studio, supporting both clients and instructors to create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As Studio Lead at JETSET Pilates, you're a key operational team member who keeps our studio running smoothly. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and instructors, managing day-to-day studio operations while fostering the inclusive, energetic community that defines our space. This part-time position offers the perfect opportunity to be part of a thriving fitness studio while building genuine relationships within our community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check them in, and manage class schedules and reservations
• Provide attentive customer service to all clients via in-person interactions, email, and phone
• Support instructors before and after classes with administrative and operational needs
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment that reflects JETSET Pilates' standards
• Assist with new client orientation and help them feel comfortable in our studio
• Handle basic administrative tasks that keep operations flowing smoothly
• Build lasting relationships with clients and staff to strengthen our community
