What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and manage web inquiries related to vehicle rentals and storage from customers in the Davenport area and throughout our service region
• Process reservations with accuracy, verifying all necessary customer details and rental information
• Recommend appropriate equipment and U-Haul services aligned with each customer's specific moving or storage needs
• Provide thorough information about rates, availability, pickup and drop-off locations, and logistics
• Maintain organized records and consistently follow established company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and support a positive work environment
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve questions efficiently
