About the Role

In this position you will oversee all aspects of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s campaign, driving fundraising growth while supporting the Association’s mission to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through research, care, and support.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed event revenue goals.
• Manage logistics, vendor relations, and production timelines for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s event.
• Recruit, train, and motivate volunteer committees and team captains to maximize participant engagement.
• Cultivate and steward corporate sponsorships, community partnerships, and major donor relationships.
• Analyze performance data, track key metrics, and produce reports that inform future planning.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety protocols, and fundraising best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program staff to amplify event impact and awareness.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of five years of progressive fundraising or event management experience, preferably with peer‑to‑peer campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop fundraising plans, secure sponsorships, and motivate volunteer networks.
• Strong project‑management skills, with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, fundraising platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Passion for the Alzheimer’s Association mission and a commitment to advancing care, support, and research.
