About the Role

As an On‑Demand Notary Professional you will travel to clients throughout the Aldie area to perform notarizations on a variety of documents. This role combines field work with careful record‑keeping to support individuals and businesses that need convenient, reliable notarization services.

What You'll Do

• Travel to client locations to witness the signing of legal, financial, and real‑estate documents
• Verify signer identity using acceptable forms of identification and administer oaths or affirmations as required
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date notary journal in compliance with Virginia state regulations
• Ensure all notarizations are completed promptly, accurately, and with a high level of professionalism
• Provide clear instructions to signers and answer questions about the notarization process
• Manage your own schedule to protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
• Communicate regularly with the dispatch team to confirm appointments and report any issues

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia Notary Public commission in good standing
• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within Loudoun County and surrounding areas
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, courteous demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record‑keeping
• Familiarity with common notarized documents such as loan packages, affidavits, powers of attorney, and real‑estate closings
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines
• Comfort using basic technology for scheduling, navigation, and digital record‑keeping when needed
